Shipping takes 3-10 days depending on your location. You'll get tracking info once your order ships.

Most CLU pieces are free size and designed to move with you.

They generally fit waist sizes 28"-35" or up to 40", depending on the style.

We're currently working on expanding our range to be even more inclusive.

We usually don't restock. Each drop is limited - made to keep moving.

We currently accept PayPal, GCash, and Bank Transfer.

Because we produce in small, intentional batches, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items. To help us review the issue quickly, please film an unboxing video starting from when you open the package — this is required for return approval.

Return Guidelines:

 • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

 • Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

 • Unboxing video is required to show the damage clearly.

 • We do not accept returns for sizing — all items are one-size, and detailed measurements are provided.

 If approved, you may:

 • Exchange for another item of equal value, or

 • Receive store credit.

Return Process:

 1. Email us at conceptleisureurbanity@gmail.com with:

 • Your order number

 • A short description of the issue

 • The required unboxing video

 2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.

 3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your exchange or store credit.
